SHIPPING

all bracelets are made to order. please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed, made and shipped.

RETURNS

all sales are final.

REPAIRS

for damaged pieces, please contact me to discuss the issue.  

in the case of a repair, customer is responsible for shipping costs. there is a $5 minimum repair fee but could be more based on the item/s. 

i reserve the right to refuse any repair or exchange.
